Profile Description
As an AI Engineer at Ziarah, I lead the end-to-end integration of intelligent systems for our travel platform, deploying LLM workflows, Next.js, and React. Supporting over 6,000 daily active users, I specialize in fine-tuning Arabic NLP/i18n models and resolving critical production issues, including latency bottlenecks, model inference drift, and API pipeline failures.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BRAC University, grounding my expertise in predictive e-commerce modeling, automated Buildkite CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps MLOps. My goal is to build scalable, high-performance AI solutions that elevate user personalization and drive operational efficiency.
